Lillard has a wish list: Denver's making a big trade?

Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard has a few wishes.

Portland has fired the general manager, and with the new structure, the Trail Blazers will try to improve teams.

The best and highest-paid player in the team would like to play with wingers, who are primarily good defensive players.

According to well-informed journalist Jake Fisher, Lillard has three names on his list.

That’s Ben Simmons, Jaylen Brown, and Aaron Gordon.

Lillard has made it clear to the Trail Blazers who he wants to play with, and right now the most realistic thing is to try trade Simmons for C.J. McCullough and the picks.

Recently, Ben Simmons took to social media to “like” pictures and captions saying it would be great if he and Lillard danced together, so it “heated up” the situation.

As for Gordon, it’s clear that then Denver would have to look for McCullough to match his salary and have Portland send something else alongside Gordon since the picks don’t.

This season, Lillard is averaging 21.5 points, 4 rebounds and 7.8 assists on average.
